Developed for measurement relating to crack openings in materials, strain-gage transducers in the DTC-A series can be applied to displacement measurement for material testing in conformity with the ASTM Standard, etc. For measurement, the notches at both tips of the clip are hooked to bezels prepared at each end of the crack. For cases where bezels cannot be prepared or where the mounting distance is too large, mounting tips are optionally available.
