Highspeed data logger system for up to 128 channels. Can be used stand-alone, logging to SD-Cards or connected to a PC transmitting life data via USB or Ethernet TCP/IP. The wide range DC power supply range enables various use cases. Using the optional Battery unit the system even works without AC- or DC-supply on a remote location.
Summary
Compact and tough
Shock resistance: 490 m/s² (50 G)
Operating Temperature: -10 to 50°C
Easy-to-expand modular type with up to 128 channels
High level of installation freedom
Wide measuring range
All channels synchronous 20 kHz (For 4 ch.), measurement of 1 ch. at max. 100 kHz
Uses a compact connector
USB Interface & optional Ethernet using "CTRS-SYNC010A"
Free API library for USB communication
Features
Because it has a compact, lightweight, shock-resistant structure, this data recorder can be used to handle various kinds of stress measurement regardless of the installation environment, including confined spaces that are exposed to vibrations and shocks—as is the case when conducting motorcycle-driving and full-scale ship tests—or even when making tabletop measurements.

To monitor measurement data with various graph and numerical windows To realize efficient data acquisition.
DCS-100A is a dynamic data acquisition software developed to make Kyowa measuring instruments even more powerful. The software enables easy interactive setting of various conditions and facilitates efficient acquisition of required data by showing variables under
measurement in varies graph and numeric windows on the display.
Measuring instruments to be controlled are the Compact Recorder EDS-400A, Compact Recording System EDX-10 Series, Universal Recorders EDX-100A, EDX-200A and Memory Recorder/Analyzer EDX-5000A, Sensor Interface PCD-400A/430A, High-speed Data Logger UCAM-550A and Medium Speed Network Terminal Box NTB-500A.
Features
The basic operating method does not depend on the controlled measuring instrument, so even if the measuring instrument been changed, it still user-friendly.
Y-time, X-Y, bar graphs, circular meters, and numeric display are possible.
Measuring condition setting, data acquisition, data collection, data acquisition and file
conversion. For analyzing the acquisition data, an optional data analysis software DAS-200A is recommended.
Large capacity data acquisition by computer's hard disk is available
Automatic data collection is possible.
Easy operation with the toolbar, function keys and operation panel
During data reproduction, Allows Kyowa standard data format (KS2) to be converted to CSV and excel formats.
KYOWA ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS CO, LTD. is a Japanese company that has been covering all core elements of industrial strain measurement technology since 1951.
