Traditionally data acquisition devices are single boxes with many input channels. Users needs to wire their sensors to this single box which means long an expensive cabling for sensor wiring.
KRYPTON takes completely different approach. We kept all of key advantages of DEWESoft devices, but we wanted to bring them close to origin of the data - near the sensors. This greatly reduces the cost of sensor wiring, reduces the chance of an error and increases signal quality. In order to achieve this mechanical and electronic design of the devices needed to be reinvented.
Ruggedised design - IP67 dust, shock, vibration and waterproof
Every KRYPTON chassis (casing) is built out of full block of aluminium, precisely polished by hand, anodised to increase the thickness of the surface of metal parts and carefully laser engraved. KRYPTON modules have industrial range electronic components, sealed connectors and are filled with thermally conductive and electrically isolative rubber allowing them to operate in extreme temperatures and making them dust-proof, waterproof, shockproof and vibration-proof. All KRYPTON modules comply with IP67 standard.
Every KRYPTON is enclosed in rubber band at the top and bottom to prevent shocks.
Perfect size
Depth of the KRYPTON devices is reduced to its minimum allowing easy placement almost anywhere when performing the test. The devices are looking like small patch panels which can be either distributed or we can connect them together using simple locking mechanism.
