The PCD Series sensor interfaces are amplifiers including A/D-Converters that can easily carry out measurements simply by connecting to a PC using a USB interface.
Directly connect the strain gage and voltage output sensor to the input terminal and input adapter on the back, and start the included dynamic data acquisition software (DCS-100A) to convert the PC to an amplifier.
Operation is fully interactive using the PC, and by connecting the sensor and carrying out a minimal amount of settings, it is possible to obtain engineering unit data.
Furthermore, connecting the units using a synchronization cable enables expansion up to 4 units measuring 16 channels, meaning this is most suited to small-scale measurement.
Our construction of a compact and highly versatile measurement system provides a measurement tool that can be used in a range of situations, from simple experiments through to high-level measurements.

PCAS-1000A PCB Stress Measuring Kit:
The one in all solution for easy-to-use stress measurements on printed circuit boards in accordance with IPC/JEDEC-9704A. The PCAS-100A is the most suitable software to test PCBs in accordance to IPC/JEDEC-9704A. It enables instrument setting, data acquisition and report preparation to be done in a easy seamless flow, thereby ensuring that even a beginner of strain measurement can easily perform the task.
The Kit includes Stress Measuring Software PCAS-100A, a 4 ch. Sensor Interface PCD-400 with AC Adapter and USB Cable, all contained in a rugged housing case. Data Analysis Software
Up to 16 data files can be graphed on display. The data analysis software DAS-200A enables data reproduction and analysis for further effective and efficient use of measured data saved in Kyowa standard data file formats KS1 and KS2.
1, 2 or 4 Y-Time graphs can be presented on a window. The zooming function enables detailed observation of a necessary part by zooming in and the cursor enables reading the values on the time axis. The enlarged result on display can be saved as a different file or converted to CSV file.
