The CA/04/D comprises two identical charge amplifiers housed within one unit, this type of charge amplifier is designed for use with 2 pole industrial accelerometers. The twin inputs are translated into one output, with the removal of noise. This type of charge amplifier is particularly suited to applications where a long cable length is required.

With a rechargeable battery and simple one button operation the VC-01 provides a fixed frequency (159.2Hz) at 1grms sine wave to allow the user to check their accelerometer output wherever they may be, out in the field or in the lab. The VC-01 is supplied with a range of optional studs to screw mount the test accel. to the top of the unit, however for a quick test good results can also be achieved by using adhesive or petro wax.
