SG-01
FBG-Strain Gage
It is the fibre optic equivalent of an electrical strain gage. It can be mounted directly on the surface of a structure by means of an adhesive. In this way, the fibre sensor makes direct contact with the surface and therefore measures directly the strain at the surface.
SGC-01
The Strain Gage Chain SGC-01 is a spliceless chain of several fibre optic Strain Gages in series. These Strain Gages are the fibre optic equivalent of electrical strain gages. The Strain Gages can be mounted directly on the surface of a structure by means of an adhesive. In this way, the fibre sensor makes direct contact with the surface and therefore measures directly the strain at the surface. Installation of the optical Strain Gages happens preferably by means of the Strain Gage Installation Kit (SGK-01).
MS-01
Mountable Strain Sensor
It measures the deformation between its anchoring points. The fiber is fixed inside a ruggedized housing, which is mounted on a structure by using two anchoring points.
ES-01
Embeddable Strain Sensor
It is a strain sensor that is intended to become embedded into concrete structures in order to measure the strain variations between its anchoring points. The fiber is fixed inside a ruggedized housing and has a connector at both ends in order to make series configurations possible.
SC-01
Strain Cable
It is a long base strain gage which can be mounted on a structure by means of two anchoring points. The standard gage length can be chosen between 1 and 5 meters. The sensor has a connector at both ends in order to make series configurations possible.
BDS-01
Borehole Deformation System
It is designed to monitor the deformation in the longitudinal direction of a borehole. Within the borehole, different fixation points can be realized at well defined positions by using special borehole anchors. Furthermore, a strain cable SC-01 is connected between each anchoring point and a metal head plate fixed at the entrance of the borehole. In this way, the displacement of each anchoring point relative to the entrance point of the borehole can be measured. Furthermore, a temperature cable can be inserted to measure the temperature distribution inside the borehole.
Geodetect
An intelligent, innovative geotextile-based monitoring system.
It consists of Tencate Rock PEC high strength geotextiles, equipped with optical fibre sensors to measure the strain.
The system is designed to increase the safety of civil-engineering infrastructure through cost-effective predictive maintenance, especially in sensitive areas.
D-01
Displacement Sensor - Outward moving
This displacement sensor measures displacements up to 8 cm. The sensor is foreseen of a sliding mechanism that allows the sensor tip to be displaced. The sensors are all standard equipped with an internal fiber optic temperature sensor that is meant for temperature compensation.

ASC-01
Anchor Strain Chain
The fibre optic Anchor Strain Chain ASC-01 contains different strain segments in series. The sensor chain has a small diameter and is designed to become embedded inside structures (e.g. concrete, grout, plaster, …).
Each strain segment contains a single strain sensor in between two
anchoring points. A relative displacement between the two anchor points is transferred into a change in the strain of the segment. The Anchor Strain Chain ASC-01 can be customized to the needs of the application i.e. the number of segments and the segment length can be chosen. The standard length of a segment ranges from 0.5 m to 5 meters. The sensor has a connector at both ends in order to make series configurations possible.
P-01
Pressure Sensor
The fibre optic Pressure sensor measures pressures ranging from 1 up to 150 bar. The head of the sensor is foreseen with a thread that allows connecting the sensor to pipelines, valves, vessels or to a porous stone so that the sensor can be used to measure ground water or sea water pressures. The sensor is equipped with an internal temperature sensor meant for temperature compensation.
LC-01
Load Cell
It consists of an oil filled pad connected to the pressure sensor P-01. When subjected to load, the oil inside the pad is pressurised and this pressure change is transferred to the pressure sensor.
TP-01
The fibre optic Temperature Probe TP-01 is a high accuracy temperature sensor applicable for a wide temperature range. It is a point-like sensor housed in a stainless steel tube and with a connector at one end.
TC-01
The Temperature Chain TC-01 is a spliceless chain of several fibre optic temperature sensors in series. The sensors are all contained in a stainless steel tube. The sensor has a connector at one end. The Temperature Chain can be entirely configured according to the customer needs i.e. the length of the tube, the number of sensing points and their spatial distribution can all be specified.
TP-02a
The fibre optic Temperature Probe TP-02a is a ruggedized temperature sensor which can be used in a single ended configuration. The sensor is housed in a stainless steel tube with a connector at one end.
TP-02b
The fibre optic Temperature Probe TP-02b is a ruggedized temperature sensor which can be used in a series configuration. The sensor is housed in a stainless steel tube with a connector at both ends.
