Two standard options are available: The steel strapping system CAK and heavy duty CAK/HD, and the semi-custom split-ring assembly TX.MTGS custom design.

Shaft clamp assembly kit CAK on transmitter with steel housing:

• Fast and simple strap on method for mounting of transmitters and battery units onto shaft.
• Suitable for diameters in the range 40mm to several metres
• Complete kit of parts includes strapping, tensioners and self-adhesive insulating material plus insulated copper wire for inductive loop
• Heavy Duty version (CAK/HD) for use with multi-channel transmitter TX22D available
• Twin stainless steel bands provide high strength and stable fixing.  Maximum tensile load per band 900N (1500N for CAK/HD)

Semi-custom Split Ring Shaft clamp assemblies TX.MTGS:

• Rugged and compact balanced split-ring assembly for shaft diameters of 10mm or greater.  Minimum outside diameter for high RPM
• Supplied ready made in phenolic resin composite, aluminium alloy or titanium, to suit application shaft diameter.
• Incorporates peripheral groove for inductive loop.
• Special versions with integrated transmitters and aerial loops for very high RPM applications.
• Optional versions for battery powered systems incorporate enclosures to house two ½ AA size lithium cells.
• 180° mounting point for balance weight or infra-red emitter array module.
