ASM-200BA Small-sized, Semiconductor Acceleration Transducer (1961 m/s² (200 G))
Download a product Overview for KYOWA acceleration transducers.
ZSE bietet Beschleunigungsaufnehmer speziell für den Einsatz im Crash-Test-Versuch oder in der Crash-Test-Simulation.
The ASM-200BA is a semiconductor-based acceleration transducer. Its small, lightweight design results in minimal impact on the vibration mode of the object under measurement, thereby making it suitable for acceleration and vibration measurements in automotive crash tests, etc. The ASM-200BA is an export control product.
Features:
- Rated Capacity: 1961 m/s² (200 G)
- Designed to be smaller and more lightweight than our forerunners. Results in minimal impact on the vibration mode of the object under measurement.
- Safe overload rating as high as 500% As no damping oil used, frequency and phase characteristics are free from temperature effects.
- Minimal phase shift ensured by undamped design
- Usable on dummies in automotive crash tests
Operational Precautions:
- Use this acceleration transducer with an excitation voltage of 2V DC only.
- Use screws to install this acceleration transducer. If installed using an adhesive, it may receive an impact when removed, thereby causing damages.
- Bore holes for M1.6 or unify screws (No. 0-80UNF) in the measuring object. The tightening torque should be 0.08 to 0.1N.m (0.8 to 1kgf.cm).
- When fixing the acceleration transducer with screws, slightly apply silicone oil or grease onto the contact surface. It will be closely contacted with and firmly fixed onto the measuring object.
