ASM-1KCBV Small-sized, Semiconductor Acceleration Transducer (9807 m/s² (1000 G))
Download a product Overview for KYOWA acceleration transducers.
ZSE bietet Beschleunigungsaufnehmer speziell für den Einsatz im Crash-Test-Versuch oder in der Crash-Test-Simulation.
ASM-1KCBV are semiconductor-based acceleration transducers. Their small, lightweight design results in minimal impact on the vibration mode of the object under measurement, thereby making them suitable for acceleration and vibration measurements in automotive crash tests, etc. These models are export control products.
Features:
- Rated Capacity: 9807 m/s² (1000 G)
- Small, lightweight design (approx. 4.3g) results in minimal impact on the vibration mode of the object under measurement.
- As no damping oil used, frequency and phase characteristics are free from temperature effects.
- Minimal phase shift ensured by nodamping design
- As two sensitive axes, vertical and horizotal to the installation surface, are available, no mounting fixture is required to select the direction of acceleration to be measured.
- Connector-equipped design facilitates easy cable replacement.
- A mount base for triaxial measurement is optionally available.
Operational Precautions:
- Use these acceleration transducers with an excitation voltage of 2V DC only.
- Use screws to install these acceleration transducers. If installed using an adhesive, they may receive an impact when removed, thereby causing damages.
- To fix these transducers onto the measuring object, use the following screws: metric coarse thread M2.5 or unify screws (No. 2-56UNF).
- When fixing these acceleration transducers with screws, slightly apply silicone oil or grease onto the contact surface. They will be closely contacted with and firmly fixed onto the measuring object.
