These extra compact pressure sensors combines a foil strain gage and Wheatstone bridge in an incredibly small and thin mainframe. The foil strain gage is formed directly on the diaphragm through Kyowa’s advanced spattering and photolithography technologies. The sensors can be installed with adhesive. They are designed chiefly for measurement of gases.
